Floor Plans + Spacial Flow
I absolutely love this part of my job…and also love a challenge. I can create new floor plans from scratch, help configure your renovation or simply work with you to add some smart storage to your home. How your spaces function and flow from room to room is key.
Lighting Plans
Lighting is such an important element to get right – it’s the secret sauce of great home design. I can map it all out for you so that your spaces are perfectly lit, functional and stylish. Your lighting plan is then the roadmap to keep your electrician on track. It goes into a high level of detail, including where the switches should go.
Real Estate Staging
It’s amazing what some styling magic can do! It will add more value to your property for your real estate photoshoot. There’s a few ways to approach this - I can work with what you have, hire key pieces or help you refresh some elements to bring on the wow factor. Let’s look at what you have and go from there.
3D Modeling
Struggling to picture how your spaces will work — or worried they won’t? I create 3D models in SketchUp, so you can experience it before you start building. This takes away the guesswork and helps you avoid expensive mistakes. Making a solid plan will save your sanity (and your builders… which will save you money).

Selection of… Everything

Joinery Design
Built-in joinery takes your home to a new level stylistically and functionally. I design custom joinery, drawing a 3D model of how it will appear. My experience ranges from kitchen and laundry designs to built-in TV units, bunk beds, craft area, library shelving and window seats. Want a killer walk-in robe? I’m your woman.
